Information you provide

When you request a quote, BushYard collects your name, phone number, email, city, optional property address, property details, contact preference and any photos you choose to upload. We use this information to assess your request, contact you and manage the work you ask us to quote.

Photos and storage

Photos are optional. Avoid including people, licence plates or unrelated personal information. Uploaded images are processed to reduce file size and remove embedded metadata. Requests and photos are stored in a private database; email notifications may include these details and images for the team handling your request.

Attribution and optional analytics

We record the landing-page path, referring website and campaign tags provided in the link you used, to understand how requests reach us. A necessary session cookie protects the form and preserves attribution. Abuse protection temporarily stores a hashed network identifier.

If configured, Google Analytics and advertising conversion tools load only after you allow optional analytics. These tools can process usage information under Google's own policies. We do not include your form text, contact details or photos in analytics events. You can change your preference using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.

Access, correction and deletion

Information is used for your request and related business records, with access limited to those who need it. Contact BushYard to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or applicable obligations.

Project photography

Submitting photos for a quote does not give permission to publish them as a project story. Publication requires separate approval.
